If a beauty fan visits the states, what’s the first thing they do? If you know the answer to this question, you know: They go for a Sephora haul, of course! A bit #basicbitch, granted, but necessary.
Sephora is America’s answer to Space NK, only it’s bigger and, for some weird reason, infinitely better. There’s just something about going to Sephora – SEPHORA!!! – to browse the aisles and fill your basket with the great and the good of America’s beauty products. And some of the UK’s too, because it’s impossible not to get excited and want to buy ALL OF THE THINGS.
And buy all of the things I did recently on my trip to New York – well, $410.46 worth, to be exact (I tried to edit my basket, I honestly did, but such is the magic of a Sephora haul). God, it was wonderful; think Supermarket Sweep but American and more beauty-focussed. And I’d say with more decorum, but that’s just not true ;) Who cares, eh? Shame, I apparently do not have it!
See below for my ~Sephora haul~, which of course includes our dearly departed lactic acid-based Good Genes (now only available in a Glycolic Acid version in the UK) and enough Tata Harper (heart eye emoji) to sink a ship.
God Bless America!! ??
