The thing I am most passionate about in life (aside from my family) is food. All my best memories are based on some sort of gastronomic experience (Sat Bains, Maze, my own Slow Roasted Lamb shoulder, Greece) and I believe it’s the foundation of a happy and healthy lifestyle.
I like to make fresh, organic meals for my family that are low in bad stuff and high in good. I’m no cook or nutritionist but I work hard at making our meals are delicious and balanced; containing a healthy ratio of protein, carbohydrates and fats.
