Despite having a Joules in the village we moved to almost a year ago I have never been inside. Possibly because I spend most of my clothes money at Kaisa’s shop or on crazy leggings from eBay plus there’s the added obstacle of the wine store in between my house and Joules. We rarely escape walking past the wine shop unscathed, and by unscathed I mean with money still in our bank account.
Anyway, Joules recently contacted me to ask if I’d like to take a look at a couple of their Autumn/Winter girls’ pieces. I was delighted to, because if there’s one thing I love almost as much as shopping for myself, it’s shopping for Elfie.
I’m a big fan of Joules’ quilted girls coats which look really cosy for winter, and some of their prints are so country – so lovely! I also adore the girls dresses with cute Peter Pan collar which would look great dressed up or down, and in general love the fact their collection has such a small amount of pink in it. Girls in blue FTW!
And because it might be quite cute to match Elfie I might just snag myself a winter coat and cute printed dress…
Joules are sending us a couple of pieces for Elfie in return for seeing our winter picks. Thanks, Joules!

Really like the wickmere tunic and similar dress for girls is making me broody!

Girls are the best to dress up! Hate to say it, but boys are no-where near as fun…
Love the collar on the little Lottie dress. Georgie has a similar dress (from Petit Bateau), but in silver and white stripes and without the collar. I wonder if I can buy this one – saying that it’s really very different because it has a collar?? What is the quality like?
K xx
The quality’s very good! You are totally justified ;)
I’m a big fan of Joules clothes – especially for little girls. We have one in Richmond too and I like to pop in often… :-) xx
I will be from now on! Consider me a Joules convert x
Ha! I have actually ordered the blue quilted jacket with flowery lining today, it’s getting cold out there!
Great minds!! x
Jacket has arrived – perfect for sunny autumnal walk followed by pub lunch and roaring fire. Kaboom
That Lottie jersey dress is precious! I’ve never heard of the store though – is it only in the UK?
I think so – I think they are a very typically British brand! x
I love Joules kids’ clothes! I got a navy tunic pretty similar to that last winter – it has flying ducks on it.
I can’t believe I’ve never looked into Joules before! I am a definite convert.
Our local Joules is a sea of pink for girls I went in the other day and was very disappointed. Here’s hoping that some of the non pink stuff makes its way there soon.
How disappointing! I’m really not into a whole lot of pink for girls.
Joules is hit or miss for us, can be very girly (even if not pink) which we’re not but I do love that Lottie dress and the price is ok too!
Is it wrong that I’d definitely wear the Lottie dress myself?!
Love the way you chose both quilted jackets for you and Elfie as well as those dresses. That’ll sure to keep you warm and fab this season! A direct contact with a clothing store or shop like Joules would be a nice opportunity to have those clothes perfectly fitted for Elfie plus a great discount for you too!
I kind of like the idea of us matching, as hugely twee as it would be!
Nice! I’ve never really looked at Joules before but I will check out their website. I love the stripey dress!
Me too: I want one myself!
Love the pattern on that dress and also the stripes which are really trendy right now. I just bought an adorable patterned boutique style dress for my little girl at http://www.persnicketyclothing.com/ that I absolutely adore. Their style is similar to the clothes you posted. Love this style!
